At Whimsical Wildflowers, we offer local delivery or store pickup for our products. As a small business, we are committed to providing our customers with a personalised service and attention to detail. If you have any special delivery needs, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.If no one is at your specified delivery location we will leave the items in a safe space and inform the purchaser that they have been delivered.

While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.
